  • Child and Family Counseling

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), is a structured evidenced based practice designed to provide skills to manage intense emotions and behaviors. DBT aims to replace problem behaviors with skillful behaviors, helps families and teens navigate  relationships in their environment, and create a life worth living, with the integration and utilization of,

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), is a short-term evidenced based practice, that helps people problem-solve and reveal the relationship between our thought, feelings, and actions, and the behaviors that follows. Through CBT, people learn how their perception directly influences their behaviors and actions, identify irrational beliefs, and cognitive errors.  

 

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Is a structured therapy that helps individuals heal from symptoms and emotional distress associated with the result of a disturbing life experience. EMDR demonstrates that the mind can heal from psychological trauma. EMDR consists of eight phases of treatment which includes: History Taking, Preparation, Treatment Planning and Assessment, Desensitization, Installation, Body Scan, and Closure.  

 

  • Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Trauma and Attachment Evidenced based intervention for children ages birth through 5 and their parents, that supports family strengths and relationship, helps families heal and grow after scary or painful events such as loss, separation, serious medical procedures, abuse, or violence. CPP aims at increasing a child’s sense of safety and security.  

 

  • Play Therapy, a profound medium for healing and change. Play therapy utilizes play, a child’s natural medium of expression, to help children express their feelings through play, resolve psychosocial difficulties, and achieve optimal growth and development.   

  • Couples/Marriage Counseling 

  • Parenting Education 

    • Circle of Security Parenting 

      •  An approach that incorporates a vast body of research in attachment and developmental psychology. COSP is a visual map of attachment, that helps parents and/or caregivers reflect upon a children’s attachment needs in order to promote secure attachment with a child. 

  • Incredible Years Parenting Program
