Malcolm Butler, MD, is our Medical Director and fluent in English and Spanish. He earned a BA in Philosophy from Cornell University and graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Ventura County Medical Center in California. Dr. Butler's specialty is Family Practice with special interests in OB, Dermatology, and Chronic Pain.



Thomas Dillon, MD, is a staff physician fluent in English and Spanish. He attended Colorado College and the University of Colorado Medical School. He completed his residency at Ventura County Medical Center in California. Dr. Dillon's specialty is Family Practice with a special interest in Diabetes.


Kelly Bainbridge, PA-C, Kelly Bainbridge PA-C, is a staff physician assistant. He speaks English and some Spanish. He earned his BS from the University of Washington ’s MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant Program. Kelly brings nearly 20 years of health care experience to the clinic.  His medical interests include orthopedics and care for the elderly.  He holds a degree in Music and continues to work as a professional musician.  His other interests include fly fishing, sailing, and coaching sports. 


Carolyn Johnson Serre, ARNP,, is a Nurse Practitioner fluent in English and Spanish. She earned a BSN from the University of Washington and an MSN from Georgetown University. She completed the Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner Program at UCLA Harbor General Hospital. Carolyn's specialties are Women's Health Care and Pediatrics with special interests in Wellness and Health Promotion, Disease Prevention, Folk Medicine, and Cross-Cultural Nursing.



Andrea A. Keyser, MD, is a staff physician. She speaks English and some Spanish and Russian. She earned a BS and MS at Stanford University then she graduated from the University of Washington Medical School and completed her residency there. Dr. Keyser's speciality is Internal Medicine with interest in Diabetes and Geriatrics.


Lori Ksander, MD, is a staff physician fluent in English and Spanish. She graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder and the University of Colorado Medical School. She completed her residency at Ventura County Medical Center in California and also completed a one-year Obstetrics / Family Practice Fellowship at Ventura County Medical Center. Dr. Ksander's specialty is Family Practice with a special interest in Obstetrics.



Linda Michael, ARNP, is a nurse practitioner fluent in English and speaks some Spanish. She graduated with honors with a BSN from Washington State University and an MSN from Graceland University in Iowa. Linda worked as a pediatric acute care nurse for 12 years before joining CVCH. She maintains a strong interest in the care of children and their families.



Grant Scull, MD, is a staff physician who speaks English and Spanish. He obtained his MD from the University of Washington School of Medicine, and then completed his residency at Group Health Cooperative, Seattle, WA. Dr. Scull's specialty is family practice.



Tim Seaman, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant fluent in English and Spanish. Tim earned a BA in Anthropology from the University of Washington and graduated from the University of Washington's Medex Physician Assistant Program. Tim's specialty is Family Practice with a special interest in Pediatrics and serving low-income families.



Ken Shermer, MD, is a staff physician. He speaks English and some Spanish. He attended the University of Alabama and the University of Alabama Medical School. Dr. Shermer's specialty is Family Practice with special interest in Obstetrics and Orthopedics.



Brady Hamilton, PA-C, is a staff physician assistant fluent in English and Spanish. He earned his BS from the University of Washington ’s MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant Program. He also holds a degree in biochemistry from Whitman College and is a National Health Service Corps Scholar.


Andrea Hoey, ARNP, is a family nurse practitioner who speaks English and Spanish. Andrea graduated from Gonzaga University with a Master of Science in Nursing and is board certified in family practice. She has a special interest in Women and Children’s Health and Obstetrics. She is an adjunct professor for Seattle Pacific University ’s Transcultural Nursing Program in Costa Rica . She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, Nursing Honor Society.



Eric Olson, MD, is a staff physician who speaks English and Spanish. He graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine, and then did his residency in family practice at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle . Dr. Olson’s specialty is family practice with special interest in obstetrics.



Julie A. Rickard, PhD, is the Behavioral Health Program Coordinator.  She earned her Doctorate in Counseling Psychology at Washington State University and completed her internship through West Virginia University School of Medicine.  She has a strong interest in chronic illness, chronic pain, rehabilitation psychology, hypnosis, and brief, solution-focused therapy.



Holly Williams, ARNP, is a nurse practitioner who speaks English and some Spanish. Holly graduated from Washington State University as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in family practice. Holly has a special interest in preventive medicine, women’s health, and pediatrics.


Louise Simons, MD, is a staff physician who speaks English and Spanish. She graduated from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, School of Medicine . Dr. Simons completed both her residency in family practice and a fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Ventura County Medical Center in California . She comes to us with eight years of experience in family practice in Colorado . Her specialty is family practice with particular interest in reproductive health, high-risk obstetrics, hospice care, and quality improvement.



Christine Klingel, PharmD, is a staff pharmacist at our Wenatchee site. She earned her doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Iowa in May 2002. While at the University, she was a member of the women's cross country and track team, and still continues to run in her spare time. She is newly married to Greg, a dentist in Quincy. In their spare time they enjoy hiking and camping, and Christine is looking forward to improving her skiing this winter.


Ann Oehlert, R.Ph.,earned her B.Pharm. degree at Washington State University. She has held various managerial positions in pharmacy and enjoys innovative approaches and teamwork in pharmacy. In her spare time, she appreciates music, both listening and playing. She also enjoys hiking, skiing and visiting with her adult sons.


Mary Reeg-Dhingra, PharmD, MS, is the pharmacy manager and staff pharmacist the University of Nebraska Medical Center and her Masters degree at the University of Kansas. She completed her pharmacy residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center with a focus in hospital administration. She and her husband enjoy spending time hiking and playing with their two dogs. 




Esther Liddell, Esther Liddell, PharmD, is a staff pharmacist. She grew up in Sitka , AK and earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Washington State University . She and her husband John enjoy snowboarding, hiking and camping.




John Raymond, DMD, is a staff dentist. He attended the University of Washington and Washington University Dental School in St. Louis. His specialty is General Dentistry. Dr. Raymond brings 22 years of experience to our health center.
